A Look Back At 2014 Fort Collins Loveland Windsor Greeley

Before we get into the new year, it's often helpful to look back at what the market has done in the previous year in our area.  I have compiled the number of residential detached properties that have sold in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor and Greeley by quarter in 2014 with the median price of home sold by area.  This data was compiled using IRES, the MLS system for the Northern Colorado Area.

Here is the breakdown:

Fort Collins 2014

1st Quarter: 579 sales

Median Price: $283,900

2nd Quarter: 853 sales

Median Price: $298,000

3rd Quarter: 552 sales

Median Price: $288,000

4th Quarter: 175 sales

Median Price: $281,000

Loveland Sales

1st Quarter: 285 sales

Median Price: $246,150

2nd Quarter: 480 sales

Median Price: $249,900

3rd Quarter: 348 sales

Median Price: $245,000

4th Quarter: 121 sales

Median Price: $245,000

Windsor Sales

1st Quarter: 116 sales

Median Price: $347,000

2nd Quarter: 174 sales

Median Price: $323,900

3rd Quarter: 131 sales

Median Price: $347,000

4th Quarter: 28 sales

Median Price: $279,900

Greeley Sales

1st Quarter: 315 sales

Median Price: $206,000

2nd Quarter: 520 sales

Median Price: $206,500

3rd Quarter: 401 sales

Median Price: $204,000

4th Quarter: 141 sales

Median Price: $189,000
